Short fiber needled punched geotextile produced by Shandong Hongyue Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. is a kind of non-woven material made of staple fiber by knitting technology, which is widely used in civil engineering, environmental protection, agriculture and other fields of geosynthetic materials. Compared with the traditional filament knitted nonwoven geotextile, the short fiber needled punched geotextile has better mechanical properties and adaptability.
Feature
1. The mesh is not easily blocked. The network structure formed by amorphous fiber tissue has anisotropy and motility.
2. High water permeability. It can maintain good water permeability under the pressure of earthwork.
3. Corrosion resistance. With polypropylene or polyester and other chemical fiber as raw materials, acid and alkali resistance, no corrosion, no moth, anti-oxidation.
4. Easy construction. Light weight, easy to use.
Application
1. Isolation of building materials with different physical properties, so that there is no loss or mixing between two or more materials, maintain the overall structure and function of the material, and strengthen the load bearing capacity of the structure.
2. When the water flows from the fine soil layer into the coarse soil layer, its good permeability and water permeability are used to make the water flow through, and effectively intercept soil particles, fine sand, small stones, etc., to maintain the stability of soil and water engineering.
